24th January 1955!!

That is the date that Finisterre was registered.   Vivienne and her Dad currently hold the FINISTERRE prefix.   Great Grandmother Lily Madden nee von Gottfreid in old age playing with one of her cats April 1949.

It was started by Viviennes' Grandmother Zita Maria Curran nee Madden (DOB 1/1/1899 - 24/9/1991) taken in the 1920's. This is the lady who came up with the Finisterre name.

We are registered breeders of Persian Chinchillas, so we believe our knowledge and commitment to cats exceeds most other catteries.

As well we were the most highly recommended cattery shown on TV 3`s  “ Target ”.

We are known for providing the best care for your Cats. Nothing is too good for them. Their own rooms with lots of loving and care as well as 24hours a day of someone on the premises.

All members of staff own cats, of which there are registered breeders of Siamese and Orientals.

We are a holder of both AsureQuality , and Boarding Kennel & Cattery ( Logo Level ) Accreditations.
